If working towards a Master's degree is a battle, then working towards a Master's degree in another country is a war. Even more, working towards a Master's program in another country while having an international cohort seems just about as ludicrious as Donald Trump's Presidential campaign. There are just certain things that you are exposed to growing up in the United States that many other colleagues seek to desire.

The education system at a Master's level is much different than what I imagined. In many ways, the little opinion that you could use in undergraduate studies becomes even smaller when working on Master's level assignments. Kind of frustrating to be honest. With only 3 months in the UK, it seems as if I am each day is a new scenario that has never been encountered. Every battle won becomes easier, and the war seems to become easier. Lets just hope [if Donald Trump does somehow get elected] that by the time I get back to the States I will be leaving one war zone and entering another...
